whats the dmesg output after you put the memory card in?  You might be 
able to find out what device its getting assigned to.


In the Debian Portuguese Discussion list I had asked for help, and one guy says that the support to embedded card readers, for the ENE Technology exists in the Kernel 2.6.17.
