slow? What do you really mean by "a bit slow"? If it is the
download/upload speed you are talking about, it probably has more to do
with the particular torrent you are trying to download.

rtorrent is a good one, its ncurses based so runs in a terminal. Gives
you a lot of controls to fine tune your torrents. If you want more
options search packages using:

~$ apt-cache search bittorrent
or
~$ apt-cache search bittorrent | grep client
