I've got an HP OfficeJet 7410 through CUPS using the HPLIP driver, and am finding that when printing text files using lp, the top and bottom of the page is often cut off. Also, the headers and footers from Firefox and Konquerer are likewise cut off. How can I set the printing margins permanently for this printer? -- Unabashedly littering the information superhighway with detritus like this for over 15 years now.
