Hi Brent,
first I report this bug (assuming it from sid) on libevent-rpc-perl.
it seems this is a transition at least in part because of a renameing of
the package to a proper debian name. I ususally would try to do a manual
install of the single package first like this:
'cd' to location of libevent-rpc-perl deb
dpkg --force-overwrite -i libevent-rpc-perl*.deb
then go back to the upgrade
