Re: vmplayer and vmx file?

I figured it out, it needs two more entries: (extension part does
seem to matter):

floppy0:fileType = "file"
workingDir = "."

BTW is there a way to use "old flat vmdk files" circa vmware-4.0
or earlier with vmplayer? (there used to be two files: for example:
other-flat.vmdk
other.vmdk
)
