unable to see my serial port

Hello,

i have a dell server that i use for zabbix.
It has 2 procs, 1GB ram and sata disks and is in use since 10/2005

linux is debian of course, kernel is:

Linux secsquid 2.6.13.4 #4 SMP Mon Dec 19 09:53:24 CET 2005 i686
GNU/Linux

i have one com port on it and it is configured as COM1 in the bios, i am
not able to set manual addresses.
the addresses for other devices in the bios are not using irq4.

/proc/ioports gives me this:
secsquid:/proc# cat ./ioports
