This will (probably) give you a transformation to CMYK without using colour management. When your picture is printed, you will likely be disapointed with the results. There is a colour separation plugin for the gimp which is probably the easiest way for you to do this. You can read about it, how to get it and use it from here: http://www.blackfiveservices.co.uk/separate.shtml You can ask your printer for a colour profile to use in the conversion.
