Apache2+php4 in Sarge

Hi guys,

I thought I had seen this problem before, looked up my old posts, tried
the solution such as it were, and I'm still stuck.

I'm setting up a mailserver with postfix and postfixadmin.  The
postfixadmin page wants to download a file (garbled name: 3oyosn5i of
type application/x-httpd-php), squirrelmail just serves up the raw php
code, but bizzarrey, phpmyadmin works just fine.

I have libapache2-mod-php4 installed, and enabled with a2enmod php4

What am I missing?
