My original motivation for selecting Debian was its community, that 
is "voluntary association of interested individuals", development 
model. It is the most efficient community, since anyone who loses 
interest (or isn't interested in the first place) has no barrier to 
exit. "Disruptive" influences are thereby minimized.

...Unlike the IRS which, once you have a taxpayer number, will trace 
you to the ends of the earth for what they deem is their due.
