It's amazing. He was busily signing papers making monuments of
everything in the USA, like the surface of the Grand Canyon,
trying to beat out Congress overriding his veto of a bill to
stop him grabbing every square inch of land in the USA for
government use. They had to use a clock to know which was the
last Executive Order he got signed before the bill finally passed.
