RE: Dead keys do not work in KDE, OpenOffice



I did with no success. The(ˇ) character does not work in KDE apps.
As I see form other posts I am not alone.

Interestingly the (´) char works for me.

However Konsole fails to write any of the following chars: ěščřžýáíé

Does this work for you? Did you make dist-upgrade recently?
