I've been using the Cygwin-X stuff for years. There is only one thing I
hate about it.

That one thing is: IT IS RUNNING ON WINDOWS!

Other than that, Cygwin gives me all the tools and pieces I need from my
*NIX environments  to actually *DO* my job.

Though 99% of the time though I am running on Debian Linux.
