No, thats ARRRRRGGGHHH!
I sense the impending writing of yet another procmail rule to black hole 
those messages.

For the life of me I cannot understand people who set this crap up and 
do not know, or cannot, setup suitable whitelists.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
