  but the seller told me there is 2 ethernet cards on
the machine but I cant see the other. how can I see
all ethernet card. If you know please help.

Try the command "lspci" to list all hardware in your computer (on the
terminal, just like "ifconfig"). Post this output here. Also send the
output of "uname -a" and "cat /etc/issue"; we need this information to
give you better advice.
