If they are moving at some multiple of the vertical scan rate, they may
even move backwards slightly, like the wagon wheel spokes in an old
western movie.
Make the gears screen a little bigger and that will change.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules. I do use spamassassin too. :-)
