I have a cron job which updates the Clamav virus database (using freshclam) 4 times a day (every 6 hours). This has been working fine for a long time now. However, for the last 24 hours (possibly a little longer), each time an update attempt is made, the following warning messages are found in the log: WARNING: DNS record is older than 3 hours. WARNING: Invalid DNS reply. Falling back to HTTP mode. It doesn't seem as though the daily.cvd file is being updated. Anyone have any ideas what is happening?
