Yes, they are exactly the same version, and both configuration files are
the same.

I have used that command but that does seem to make any difference

OK, The first machine never has anything in the score that indicates the
usage of the Bayes rules, the second one has.

sa-learn --dump shows:

And the last 2 lines are repeated (with different values) many times.
