Those are packages packages for development of large programs. You can
learn more if you search google for cedet or ecb.

Do you possibly have anything like ecb, semantic, eieio, speedbar-*,
cedet-* installed in your machine? If you don't have any use for them,
I'd suggest you to uninstall those packages.
