My laptop was installed using the sarge netinstall iso image. So yes a
pure Sarge system, as is my friends computer.

I just re-installed to make current

My laptop;

dpkg -l | grep libaspell
ii libaspell15 0.60.2+2005012 The GNU Aspell spell-checker runtime toolkit

dpkg -l | grep gaim
ii gaim 1.2.1-1.4 multi-protocol instant messaging client

ii  gaim-data      1.2.1-1.4      multi-protocol instant messaging client - da

dpkg -l | grep sylpheed-claws
ii sylpheed-claws 1.0.4-1sarge1 Bleeding edge version of the Sylpheed mail client

ii sylpheed-claws 1.0.4-1sarge1 Locale data for Sylpheed Claws (i18n support
