where is the base sarge packages list installer needs

Ladies and gentlemen,

I try to build Debian disk.
I already downloaded new sarge wonderful installer and heap of packages I need.
But I should be entirely happy if I could find whole base sarge system 
to download (which installer needs).
Could you tell me from where I can do one.
If it is possible, I should like have a full list of base sarge packages.
Where does installer keep it?
