apache apt-get installation
dear all,
i have got problem with my apache installation.
i installed apache on my debian etch installation, with the command
apt-get install apache.
soon later, i wanted to install php support. but i find that i dont
know the source directory of apache, i started the installation again.
i started by removing apache, by the command apt-get remove apache,
and removed the contents of /etc/apache/ *.* and
/usr/lib/apache/1.3/*.*
then i wanted to install it again, apt-get gets me an error, telling
me that they cant find contents in /etc/apache/httpd.conf

what can i do to fix the installation?
and how can i tell where the source directory is?
and if i were to install by compile from source, can i ignore the error?
thanks in advance
