I'd bet the folks maintaining archive.debian.org would like to hear
about this.  I just fired off a note to debian-www@lists.debian.org,
which may or may not be the correct address, to inform them about the
binary Buzz archive at Ibiblio.  If they reply, I'll post it to this
thread.

BTW, the Ibiblio site shows a "release" of 0.91 if anyone is
interested.
