The problem with the http://debian.uochb.cas.cz could be that you might
not have the AMD64 archive key. I also use AMD64/etch and I noticed that
it has its own key, which I found in the debian-keyring (in
/usr/share/keyrings/debian-role-keys.gpg) and added with apt-key.
