weird [CHESEN USB Keyboard] problem

Hi,

I've 2 keyboards form the same manufacturer. These are USB Keyboards with a buitin touchpad. Both keyboards work, but I've problems with the touchpad of one of them.

If I plug the keyboard A the touchpad doesn't work.
If I unplug keyboard A and plug keyboard B the touchpad does work.
Now if I unplug keyboard B and re-plug keyboard A it DOES work.

So the kernel is doing some persistent stuff while plugging keyboard B.

dmesg:
Keyboard A:
usb.c: registered new driver hiddev
usb.c: registered new driver hid
input: USB HID v1.10 Keyboard [CHESEN USB Keyboard] on usb1:3.0
input: USB HID v1.10 Mouse [CHESEN USB Keyboard] on usb1:3.1
hid-core.c: v1.8.1 Andreas Gal, Vojtech Pavlik <vojtech@suse.cz>
hid-core.c: USB HID support drivers

Keyboard B:
hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1, assigned address 5
input: USB HID v1.10 Keyboard [USB Keyboard] on usb1:5.0
input,hiddev0: USB HID v1.10 Mouse [USB Keyboard] on usb1:5.1
mice: PS/2 mouse device common for all mice

Any hints?

Thanks
Marc
