nobody said those or facts or otherwise ..

i think the "they" that i was referencing was misunderstood ...
where "they" was whomever decided to break off and make their own
versions vs porting their changes/enhancements back
	- whether is is the debian developers themself or 
	some vc backed project is not the issue of why split off
	their own versions

i donno whether "they" do or don't know how to provide upgrades back to
the main treee, but it is just a possibility that they spun off their
own version and not have to deal with the politics

boy some of you do like to twist things in your flavor ...
