Use a bittorrent client. You need to download one.
If had a Debian installation around, you would do
something
like:

# apt-get install bittornado:

$ btdownloadcurses --url \
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r0a/i386/bt-cd/debian-31r0a-i386-binary-1.iso.torrent

There are MANY clients around.
go to http://www.bittorrent.com if you need to
download a client for Windows.

Regards.
