eth1 (3com905B) question

Hello -
 

for ease: relevant important text is bold and italic - simply put, i am not sure what should i check next now ?

problem is that once i execute "ifconfig"  - i still get etho and lo .. but no information about eth1 -

i started finding the type of my Ethernet card which is => 3COM905B, then I found to load its dirver as module for which i executed insmod 3c59x - but it tells me that the driver already installed - at this point i've no clue what should be my next step to enable my second ethernet card and to get IP on that -
