Ok let me understand your problem:

you have the following escenario:

box1 <------> fw <-------> box2

The box1 sends information to box2 through port 80, is
this right?.

What you want is connect box1 with box2 and you does
not have a firewall right now, is this correct also?

I can help you, just explain with more detail your
rpoblem.
