Sure does exist.

Get the files named *.jigdo from:
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r0a/i386/jigdo-cd/

They are all gzipped lists of the packages in the Debian CD images
used by jigdo. So, gunzip them or zless them to check the packages.
