Well i found a tool taht does what i said (less or more), but it is
not too smart, for example it cannot undestand

TheSmartMove "*.c" "my_prefix*.cpp"

The sybtax is also a bit more difficult, it is:
wc2fn 'mv $1 $2' '*.c' 'my_prefix*.cpp'
