Well, you have all the important data backed up, that's for sure. So it IS

If using cyrus 1.5, try cyrreconstruct -m
If using cyrus 2.1+, try cyrreconstruct -r user
(for cyrus 2.1, -m is not available BUT the Debian packages make a daily
backup of your mailbox configuration in /var/backups AND you can regenerate
the mailbox db by hand if you need to, it is just a pain -- more data on
this, ask on the info-cyrus mailinglist).
