The file you downloaded is corrupt.

apt-get clean; remove osuosl.org from sources.list, replace with
http://ftp.fi.debian.org (which I know to be in a sane state). apt-get
update; aptitude update; aptitude install linux-source-2.6.12.
That should do it.
A lot of the mirrors are currently quite broken because ftp-master went
offline while they were not 100% in sync yet.
