Why not copy your installation to a new hard drive? Then rm the
appropriate home directories and such and you're good to go. Admittedly,
it's even easier if you make a good image of the hard drive _before_ you
put it into production - then it's just a matter of editing a couple
configs to change the hostname and ip. This is what we do at work for
setting up a new server - works like a champ.
