Standalone info reader aborts with 'segmentation fault'

I was trying to learn how to use the standalone info reader, following
its sort of tutorial and it aborted with 'segmentation fault'. This
should reproduce the error:

$ info info
h
n
n
n
]
]
[

Should I file a bug report ?
