Mh, well... it's all obfuscated right now. The US market is just
a major pain for foreign companies. Fact is that we are working hard
to get it to you asap. While I am always tempted to "exaggerate" on
this, my German publisher's optimistic guess is mid-September.
Sadly, it seems that this applies to the rest of the world as well.
