Oracle 9i, dbca problem error ORA 03113

Hi,

I've got a problem witg Oracle 9i. i've installed this with a lot of
pb, but after some hours of works and some good help it run.
Now, i try to create a database with DBCA. when the creation is at 46%,
the error ORA 03113 appear.

someone has an idea?
