Re: Customizing Xemacs for programming



Daniel, thanks for the suggestion. Finally I found something that does right what I was looking for. For anyone who's interested in using [X]emacs for programming, it's worth to have a look at ECB:

http://ecb.sourceforge.net/ 

It can be integrated with JDE (Java) or C modes. I had searched in many mailing lists/wikis and I couldn't find any answer. So I hope this can help other people save so much time looking.

I'm not sure if it (a) works with XEmacs, or (b) does what you want, but you could take a look at desktop.el.  There's probably a page on the Emacs Wiki[1] about it.
