That looks kind of suspicious. Can you post your
/service/qmail-smtpd/run and /service/qmail-send/run files? It looks
like you need to increase the amount of memory tcpserver gives each
process in those files. We can get a better idea though if you post
those files.

Also, what howto/manual/url did you use to install qmail?
