Do you have any Live CD distros available? Like Knoppix, Mepis, or Ubuntu, or
Kanotix? If so, you can boot that cd, then edit the file on the hard drive,
and reboot to the hard drive. If you don't have a copy of a Live CD, can you
download it on another computer, or at a friend's place?
