Hi Kazuki,
dpkg --configure -a
can be tried first, to see if it helps. This attempts to configure any
packages that is marked as 'unconfigured'. If this does not work, try

cd "location of pango files"
dpkg -i libpango1.0-0_1.0.1-3_i386.deb libpango-common_1.0.1-3_i386.deb
