First, search the archives of this list.

You will find a tip to use the archives at
ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680
Use the latest relesase (currently m93) which is much better than the one
you are trying to use. 

They provide neat deb packages in 
lotsftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680 of languages 
and kde errors have 
been solved in the last version.
