Urmmm ... although there's no man page for tzconfig shipped with
Debian's libc6 package, I seem to recollect that it really allows
reconfiguration of the timezone only. If you'd followed the thread,
you'd have seen that we were talking about resetting the hwclock to
either local or UTC time, too. Which, afaik, can't be accomplished
with tzconfig.
