i think in order to do an effective comparison,

you need to use the same spam and see which rbl catches it or not

once the 1st rbl finds it, the 2nd and 3rd rbl's listed will not need
to go checking itself for the same, and would seem like its not
catching something, when it could be if it was listed first

a better test, would be which rbl lists mail servers as a spammer,
but in fact its not ... ( ie... a lazy admin enter /24 for the ip#
instead of a specific one )
