It is in alioth. It may be soon in experimental (alioth have no mirrors).
However it cannot go in unstable until sarge release as sarge will release
with 3.3 (and unstable is where RC bugs are fixed, if 3.3 was only in
sarge/testing we would have a problem ...)
Alioth packages are made and signed by the same maintainers as the 3.3
ones in sid.
Last time i looked at alioth, only kdm was not packaged. It may be now.
