Well I did orphan these packages a while back due to a lack of time.  Now
there is a team responsible for them which should result in less pressure
and faster responses though ironically I'm still doing most of the work.

While we were sorting all that out, webmin managed to accumulate a nice
collection of bugs, some of them release-critical which caused many of the
packages to drop out of sarge as other posters have mentioned.  I have
been diligently fixing as many of these bugs as I can these past few days.
There is one left and when that is fixed, the rest of the modules will
reenter sarge shortly.  (webmin has a fun set of circular dependencies
which slightly complicate things but not too much.)

In the mean time you can use the modules from sid.  They should install
and work fine on a sarge system.
