Hi, A friend of mine brought up a nice little problem. He's working on a machine that has three disks mounted to /usr (don't ask), and now he'd like to know what partition a certain file is on. So far, we've only found the "Device" entry in stat, but that only gives a numeric value that doesn't have a directly visible translation to anything mount can show.
