how to build a icradius server

i installed mysql,icradius-alpha,ppp-2.41 and pppd-tacacs+radius-1.4 in 
debian system.but i adsl-connect to server ,the server pppd don't go to the 
mysql to get the authenticate.
i found that in reahat linux /etc/mgetty+sendfax/login.config file,there is 
one line /AutoPPP/ - a_ppp /usr/sbin/pppd-radius which can make the server 
to authenticate by pppd+radius
but i can't find this file in debian.
could you tell me the right way to build the icradius server in debian?
