File Types and Programs preferences gone?

Is it just me or is Applications > Desktop Preferences > Advanced >
File Types and Programs gone? How is one supposed to edit MIME type
handlers?

Editing .mailcap doesn't seem to affect Galeon, and right now it's
complaining that my PDF Viewer doesn't exist, but I have both gpdf and
ggv.

The Gnome manual still talks about a File Types and Programs
preference, but I can't find it.
