Hi Andreas,Thanks, I followed Roberto's advice with excellent results. I couldn't agree more about the phony 3D plots. Did you see Edward R. Tufte's book, The Visual Display of Quantative Information? A marvelous book. I believe he originally had to publish it privately but my copy, 3rd printing, was published by Graphics Press, Box 430, Cheshire, Connecticut 06410.
