What is the smallest form factor hardware on which I could run Linux (of course possibly Debian) a WiFi network interface and a GPS (PCMCIA, miniPCI ???) ? Some could say the ultimate wardriving platoform :)
It's not really Debian but a derivative.
You can run Linux Familiar on iPAQs ahd other PDAs as small as 32MB Rom and 32 MB Ram or smaller (like iPAQ h3800).
Some models has an internal WiFi interface (say iPAQ h54xx / h55xx).
You have two flavours: Opie with QTEmbedded and GPE with a real X server and GTK+ libraries. The package system uses ".ipk" packages, which are a downsized version of ".deb" ones, but installs happily our .deb (compiled for the arm architecture).
